minlora ("we", "our", "the platform") is an executive AI assistant service operated by Minlora. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the rights available to you under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). هذه الوثيقة قيد المراجعة القانونية / This document is under legal review.

• Account data: name, email address, mobile number, job title.
• Organisation data: company name, subscription tier, billing details.
• Usage data: tasks, decisions, meeting notes, knowledge-base entries you create.
• AI interaction data: messages sent to and received from AI agents (processed via Anthropic Claude API).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log files.

• To provide, operate, and improve the minlora platform.
• To personalise AI responses based on your organisation's context.
• To process subscription payments and send transactional emails.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
• To send service updates and (with your explicit consent) marketing communications.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account deletion, your data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request a full export of your data at any time via Settings → Account → Export my data.

Under PDPL and GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@minlora.com. We will respond within 30 days.
