minlora provides an AI-powered executive assistant platform that includes task management, decision tracking, meeting intelligence, knowledge base, and daily briefing features. The platform is offered on a subscription basis. Features vary by subscription tier (Starter, Professional, Executive).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must not share your account with unauthorised individuals.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• You must not use the platform to process illegal content or violate applicable laws.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on the platform. By using minlora, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service. We retain all rights to the minlora platform, brand, and technology.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, minlora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
